ANNOUNCING Version 2.5 of inettime
inettime
inettime is a browser-based time and attendance application designed and written specifically to address the time and attendance requirements of law firms.  It provides complete attendance management from time entry, calculations, accrual and time off management and online approvals to payroll export. Timekeepers are configured to either clock-in or clock-out or can enter their start, end, time entry types, and the system automatically performs calculations based upon the pay rules defined by your company. Complete tracking of overtime details including Attorney/Approver, Client, Matter, Notes etc. Integration with major accounting, document management and Time and Billing software for automatic updated lists of active client/matter data.
Different sets of rules for regular, flat, overtime, double-time and holiday pay can be created for different schedules for different roles. Timesheets are submitted, approved electronically (via email) and exported to payroll applications like ADP, Ceridian, Paychex, UltiPro, etc.
Some of the enhancements in Version 2.5
  • Change Role Feature - Automates schedule changes by placing users in their new role and posts their new time off balances.
  • Proxy User - Gives the inettime supervisors the ability to perform all functions on behalf of the users.
  • Pre-fill User Timesheet - Gives the inettime administrator the ability to fill a user’s timesheet with FMLA, PDL, etc. for a specified time range when the user is out on leave and unable to enter their time.
  • Break Management Module - Prompts users if they have taken the appropriate amount of rest breaks based on the hours worked that day. If breaks are waived, users fill out a text box indicating the reason. The inettime administrator can report on break waivers.
  • Time Off Calendar And In/Out Board - The Time Off calendar can be viewed by location, department or all users for vacation coverage planning. Users can also add non attendance entries (away at conference, at different location etc.) and use the calendars as In/Out Board.
  • Office Closure / Partial Holiday - Fills the users’ timecards based on the hours defined by the administrator.
  • Full support for Flex Time Work Schedules.
  • Dynamic workflow - Dynamic five-level workflow for time off and timesheet approvals. Allows approval requests to be sent to either individuals or management groups.
  • Configurable email(s) - Configurable email messages with Word/HTML formatting options for all requests and approvals.
  • Configurable Help - Configurable Help for each module with Word/HTML formatting options. Fully customizable by the firm.
